Applies to non maintenance contract machines
What are the costs?
Our service cost for a call out to an A4 or A3 multifunctional photocopier is £75.00 + vat per hour, then £37.50 + vat per every 30 minutes over. Our call fee includes a clean and service.
Which machines do we repair or service?
We are main agents for Ricoh and Lexmark and all our engineers are fully trained by both manufacturers .
Do you engineers carry spares ?
Yes ... All our field engineers carry an extensive range of spares for Ricoh and Lexmark . This reduces down time and increases the probability of a first call fix.
What if the machine cannot be fixed ?
Or if it is not not financially viable?
Don't worry if our engineers can see that the work the machine needs exceeds the replacement costs they will tell you. We will never start any work without your permission. If you are under our service agreement with ourselves and the machine needs to be taken away for repair, we will give you a loan until yours is returned.
